The Challenge

With the launch of the RWD Taycan, Porsche would be offering an EV price-competitive with Tesla S.  How could Porsche rapidly train Sales Professionals to effectively cross-sell Taycan, long before they'd have the chance to drive it?

The Solution

Create a virtual comparative street drive.  We paired both a Porsche and Tesla expert with a professional driver and distilled a one-day drive into 20 minutes of digestible modules, with TopGear style production values for credibility.

The Result

The dealer network got rapidly up to speed, using the iPad-based modules both for just-in-time learning and sharing with customers and prospects in real time. All projected inventory continues to be pre-sold, solidifying Porsche's spot in the EV market and paving the way for the mid-price Macan EV.
